Researchers Create Fully-Functional Plane Using Only a 3D Printer [video]

For those of you who are still unsure exactly what a 3D printer is and what it can do then you may wish to checkout this video.

No, a 3D printer does not print images in 3D like you see in the cinema it is a printer which actually prints out physical objects.

To show the capabilities of what a 3D printer can do the University of Southampton have used a 3D printer to print out and create this R/C  model aeroplane. Even the moving parts were created from the 3D printer.
