Well, if you have ever dreamt of owning a Segway but been unable to because of the ridiculous price tag they carry then the Black Hawk Personal Rover might be the answer to all of your prayers. Just like the Segway the Personal Rover is a ride on machine that uses an electric motor to move you around. The biggest difference is that the Personal Rover comes in at a fraction of the cost of a Segway. The Personal Rover will cost you around $1000 while a Segway will cost you at least $5000.
The Personal Rover looks like a cross between a skateboard and a scooter and comes with an 800W electric motor that is capable of propelling the rider up to 15MPH over a distance of 12 miles on a single charge. The whole unit will fold up into one neat little package for easy storage in your garage or the boot of your car.
The biggest problem that we can see with the Personal Rover is the poor turning circle of it which can make maneuvering difficult.
